A 12-Week Lyme Disease Support Experience

You’re not imagining it.

Reclaim is a small-group, 12-week cohort for people living with chronic Lyme — led by a doctor who went looking for answers conventional testing couldn’t give her, and didn’t stop until she found a better way to treat it.

Why This Exists

“I didn’t become a Lyme doctor by choice. I became one because I got sick, and no one could tell me why.”

Dr. Howes spent years chasing an explanation for symptoms that standard panels kept calling normal. What she learned closing that gap — and where she still sees typical care fall short — became the model for Reclaim. It’s the cohort she wishes had existed when she was the one in the flare, not the one treating it.

Three Things You’re Almost Never Told

“A flare isn’t in your head. It’s a nervous system running a threat response your body can’t just think its way out of.”

THE FLARE RESPONSE

“Normal” labs don’t rule out Lyme. Standard panels miss active infection more often than they catch it, so a clean result isn’t the same as a clean bill of health.

THE TESTING GAP

“Symptoms that spike around your cycle aren’t a coincidence. Hormonal shifts can amplify immune and nervous-system activity, which is why flares often cluster with certain weeks of the month.”

THE CYCLE CONNECTION

How Reclaim Works

12 weeks of chronic Lyme education, support, and lifestyle coaching

  • Specialty labs ordered, run, and personally read/interpreted with you, 1:1

  • One 1:1 session with Dr. Howes every month (3 total across the 12 weeks)

  • Live weekly workshops — a new topic each week, including brain fog, fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, overwhelm, hormone shifts, flares, and more

  • Weekly live group Q&A calls

  • A dedicated track on the nervous system — what a flare actually feels like in your body, and how to work with it

  • A dedicated track on women's hormone cycles and how they intersect with chronic illness

  • A mind-body practice component woven throughout the program

Small, Virtual, Weekly

Reclaim complements the care you’re already getting. It’s not a replacement for your doctor, it’s the piece that’s been missing between appointments.

Alongside Your Care
